Our position

Pentesys Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 15041337, with its registered office at 8 Church Green East, Redditch, England, B98 8BP is a UK cybersecurity business. We oppose slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking in every form. This voluntary statement explains the proportionate steps we take to support ethical working practices.

Our business and supply chain

Our work is primarily delivered by skilled technology and security professionals. Our supply chain principally includes cloud and software providers, specialist contractors, professional advisers and general business suppliers. We recognise that risk can exist in any supply chain, including through subcontracting and technology hardware or service providers.

Our approach

  • We expect employees, contractors and suppliers to comply with applicable employment, human-rights and anti-trafficking laws.
  • We consider ethical conduct, reputation and risk when selecting or reviewing material suppliers.
  • We encourage concerns to be raised without fear of retaliation and investigate credible reports appropriately.
  • We may seek additional assurance, require corrective action or end a relationship where material concerns are not resolved.

Responsibility and review

The directors are responsible for oversight of this commitment. We will review our controls as the business and supply chain develop, and update this statement where our risks or legal obligations materially change.

Raising a concern

Concerns relating to modern slavery or unethical labour practices connected with Pentesys can be reported to sales@pentesys.com. Urgent risk to an individual should also be reported to the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement authority.
